The Konnection Klub is an intimate, high-impact afterschool experience where elementary and middle school students receive consistent mentoring, academic support, and exposure to future career pathways. Through meaningful relationships and engaging learning opportunities, students build confidence, improve their skills, and stay excited about school.
A signature part of the program is our annual out-of-state summer experience, where students travel, explore, and gain new perspectives that broaden their understanding of what’s possible. We are rooted in the belief that where a child lives should never limit who they can become.

The Konnection Kloset transforms dedicated spaces within schools into welcoming resource hubs where students can access essential items such as hygiene products, clothing, school supplies, and non-perishable food throughout the school year — at no cost and with dignity.
More than a resource room, the Kloset is a safe, relationship-centered environment that offers social-emotional workshops, career exploration opportunities, and life-skills programming that help students navigate both school and life with confidence. The space also hosts youth-led conversations around topics that matter most to teens, including mental health, peer relationships, and personal growth.
A key element of the Kloset is its intergenerational model, which brings caring adults and senior community members into the space to build meaningful relationships, share wisdom, and create a strong sense of belonging for students. Each Kloset is uniquely designed in partnership with students to reflect the culture and needs of their school community, ensuring the space feels welcoming, empowering, and truly theirs.

Konnection Kudos is our quarterly celebration designed to recognize and reward students who are showing up and staying committed to school. Through fun, out-of-the-classroom experiences, students are honored with certificates, gold medals, and prizes that celebrate their growth and reinforce positive habits. By making attendance something to be proud of, we help build confidence, motivation, and a culture of success.
